Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. During periods of high demand, product launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier. Most domestic U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available depending on the destination. Shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply upon delivery.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Glas Apparel is not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier’s control. If your package appears to be delayed or lost, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number.
