Glas Apparel – Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Return Window

Eligible items may be returned within 15 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In brand new condition
  • With original tags attached
  • In the original packaging when possible

Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or missing tags may not be eligible for a refund.

Closeout & Final Sale Items

Items from the Vintage collection or which have been marked as Closeout, Final Sale, or similar designations are not eligible for return or exchange.

Please review sizing and product details carefully before purchasing these items.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee may apply if returned items are received in a condition that differs from their original, brand-new state (for example: missing packaging, minor wear, or removed tags).

We reserve the right to determine eligibility and any applicable restocking fee upon inspection of returned merchandise.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your financial institution.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a shipping error or defective item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us first to confirm availability.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return

We will reply with return instructions.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
